Unhappy Car is Back to Standard

Thats it back on the standard map now all in preparation for stage 3. The PPC has the stage 3 software on it and I just need to check that it goes onto the car OK then remove it again(No Driving it yet)

Went for a quick drive to confirm it was standard as the previoous 2 times I thought I was doing this all I was doing was reloading stage 1 After a chat with Duncan he told me what I should have been doing. Never read the instructions right

    lol

You'll think the handbrake is on now that you're driving around in standard map!

Just think of what it'll be like when you do get the Stage 3 kit in though. You thought going from standard to Stage 1 brought a smile?!, just wait 'til you go from standard to Stage 3!! I couldn't stop laughing insanely!!!!

I know m8, I'm really working on that one for you. I seriously hope it doesn't hold you up and stop you getting it all done for PVS.

Certainly worth asking MIJ about that Mark, it could well be a standard(ish) bit of exhaust kit. The side that attaches to the downpipe is just a 3" external diameter milled 'flange', with the other side that goes into the turbo a curved edge to make the seal.

I have a nasty feeling the bit you're missing may need to come from Sweden, which would bollox things up a bit - I'll find out the latest tomorrow.

Yeah if all else fails MIJ should hopefully be able to make it as they make custom downpipes so this should be a normal thing for them.
