best thing to do it take the door card off... the screw isn't a 'conventional' one so you'll have to recover the original..
the door cards aren't hard to get off ..
was trying to avoid takeing doorcard off as never done it before, would vauxhall have the screws.
they are part of the door handle carrier assy which you would have to buy and then remove the doorskin to fit anyway....
the skins aren't hard to remove.. two hidden fixings inside the door pull handle ( the front comes off to reveal it) .. then 3 screws at the bottom of the door..
the rest is popstuds...just unclip them out of the door...then you have to push the trim up, off the top edge of the steel door frame.
all thats then left is to disconnect the door cable release ( pull the outer back and flip it up before taking the steel peg out of the handle) and disconnecting the speaker cable and window power cables..
if it's got a window winder in the door card, there is a C clip on the back that you will have to prise sideways to remove the handle..
well got the screw but the handle will not tighten back into place i have tried everythi ng, i dont know if i have lost a spring or something, looks like i will have to go to vauxhall, the other handles were no probs i tried for hours with the last one with no joy.
still no joy with the handle,it just wont fall into place when you tighten the torx screw, i must have messed something else up inside the lock recess ,hope vauxhall dont make a meal of it if i take it to them, mite go to local scrappy and see what i can find.
