if you want more power out of your car, save a wad of cash and get the ''caterman box'' it does the same job and is much less, and as for mpg, that all depend's on how hard you drive it

in my experience NO BOX (or re-map for that matter) can give a guaranteed 200 bhp, they are all claimed power figures, the caterman will give you a damn good 190-195 bhp out of your 150 and load's of torque to boot, our 120 is running 167.5 bhp with 242lb ft torque, we have the caterman box K&N filter/air box mod and a twin exit exhaust set up also and it manages a good 550-600 miles per tank of mixed driving

Ive got the DTUK Green box, had it on my pre-facelift and now put it on my my new facelift, amazing difference, once you fit it you will never want to take it off, it gets rid of all the flat spots and the look on the chavs faces as you leave them standing in their sooped up corsa's at traffic lights is worth every penny !

I know alot of ppl recommend the caterman box, I got one and all i got was a dash full of fault lights (i must have got a bad box) anyway i got a DTUK Green, i think the extra money for peace of mind knowing you can call the guys from DTUK with any problems is definately worth it !

depending on your engine depends on the results for your car, not every car will have the same results, not 1 vec I know of with a box only has achieved the illusive 200 bhp, the figures stated are from an astra CDTi, the Vec with a box will come in anywhere between 180 - 195 bhp, the torque however goes thro the roof.

Im currently running the CRD2 box and have 180 bhp/311 lb/ft...that was a fully laden car too

    Cheers guys
I really appreciate the response and it look like I might just get myself one of these

Have any of you guys who fitted one of these units told your insurance companies and what was there response' did it increase your premiums?
And what did you say it was performance enhancing or economy enhancing?

    Cheers
    Gav
