Default Scissor lift hire in the SE....

Just wondering if anyone works for a hiring company. I need to hire a scissor lift for about a week but really don't want to pay as much as the £250-£300 that i'm being quoted.

Can anyone help me out? I'd ask to borrow one but then transporting it would be a bit of a pain.

    £168 for a weeks hire......pretty good!!

but then there is a £55 each way delivery charge! and then add another £16.80 for weekend use insurance!

    grand total = £295

Dont these normally have their own trailer?? If so buy one of your mates a drink with a towbar for collecting and unless he drinks a lot it should be cheaper than £110
