    Default Result from Vxl Stealer

Had a call from my usual Vxl stealer a few minutes ago to tell me that my first MOT was due next month (which I already knew) and would I like to book in now. I asked how much and she said £45 to which I spat my coffee all over my desk and said "I've already booked it in with my local Hi-Q Centre as I can get it cheaper at £35" (uncle works there - but I neglected to tell her that bit!) and to that she simply said "OK then sorry to bother you."

That was the end of it or so I thought... phone rang again a few minutes later and she said "I have spoken to the Service Manager and because you are a regular customer here we would like to offer it to you at £25 and just to let you know that because your warranty doesn't run out untill the 21st Feb anything thats wrong will be repaired FOC"

Needless to say I bit her hand off and got it booked in for the 16th Feb!!

What a nice way to start the afternoon!

    Chris.

always best to get your MOT done while the warranty is still valid. My dealer also recommended this.

Just wish they were as consistent at all times.

its then up to the dealer if they wish to lower the price
