    Default Cleaning Order

    Guys,

Loads of cleaning stuff arrived today,

What order should i be using the products in, i think i have it right, but correct me if im wrong.

    Wash x 2
    Clay
    Meg 1 Paint Cleaner
    Meg 2 Polish
    Meg 3 Wax

Quik Detail (when it doesnt need a wash but needs a shine)

Let me know if i should be doing it in a different order.

I'd wash just the once then rinse / wash after claying and sealing would be good although DC#1, #2 & #3 is a dedicated system but sealing will give you just that little extra something..........#21 has become VERY popular and very easy to use

PS try the cellophane test i.e. after washing rub your fingers over the paint, should feel smooth then put you fingers in the cellophane wrapper from a cigarette packet or something similar and rub you fingers over the paint again........it WILL feel like your car has been rough casted as opposed to painted eh ..........after claying back to smooth again

Well as I say Meguiars #21 is the one that most peeps now use.........here is a thread from the web site Graeme suggested: -

    http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/show...light=182_blue

Send 182_blue (that's Shaun) a PM asking if has any #21, he usually does at £14 including delivery........I think
