Default The dam things unlocking it's self again

I have had the car since new and really enjoy it. 52 plate high spec club saloon. When I first had it, it unlocked it's self a few times but it settled down no more problems with it untill now. The dam thing is doing it again, must be honest I have not seen it do it after the first time I made sure it was locked so I know I locked it

I only seem to come on here when I need help so any opinions

not the old 'key in the pocket' is it?..

apart from a dodgy solenoid not latching properly in the door lock and returning to the open position or a random canbus pulse opening it, the key being pressed in your pocket is the firm favourite.

No it's not the keys in the pocket. The first time it happened was on a car park in blackpool came back after a nice day of paddling to find it unlocked with the windows open? then a few days ago came out to the car and it was open (silly ****** I said to my self for not locking it) this has happened twice since!

I've had the same problem with my 54 plate Signum. I'm sure I locked it. Went away for the weekend, my mum popped over to check the house... She calls me to say "Your cars unlocked!" She gets the keys, locks it... I come back and it's unlocked! It's happened to me about 6 - 7 times... So far, not anywhere particually bad.

My Corsa C used to to it too. Made sure 100% it was locked, came back all the doors were unlocked (if it was keyfob in pocket thing it would have relocked after 2 mins and only unlocked the drivers door). Definately something amiss.

Even if you did accidentally unlock it again with the keys in your pocket, the car should self lock after 30 seconds providing no one has opened a door or the boot.

I agree Big Dave in a morning I unlock it as I open my gates and if i'm too slow then it locks again. I am concerned that it will happen like it did in blackpool only this time not so lucky!

I think i'll disconect the battery for 30min to reset the thing to see if that sorts it
