    Default how much will my car be lowered?

    I am looking into buying some jamex 35mm springs. i have a 53 reg sri dti so how much will my car be lowered by when i have fitted the springs? Are they easy to fit on theys vectras? thanks

    as the sris are 15mm lower than the standard vectra it will lower it by about 20mm

    are they easy to fit?.. no harder than other cars.. in fact the rears are a 15 minute doddle if you have the right tools..

    will that look alrite on the standard sri wheels? i am looking at some 18s at the mo. it just looks like a bit of a 4x4 at the mo.

    it will sit nicely on the 18's at -35mm overall..

    cool so cant go wrong for 80 quid including delivery hopefully there not to harder springs and will be alrite on standard shocks.

    they will be a harder ride, and a lot stiffer than the standard SRi setup..the shocks will be okay for a while, but may start to bottom out if you really load the car up..really -30mm is the max on SRi dampers.. for -45 springs ( from standard ride height) you'd be better off looking at shorter shocks

    CXan you recommend some shorter shocks?? Bilstein B4's perhaps????

    use the shorter one's in the bilstein range.. B6's i believe iirc
