    Exclamation Speed Cameras

    Don't know if everyone knows this, but thought i'd post some useful
    information regarding speed cameras.

    If you are snapped at night by a gatso etc. which is not illuminated
    (i.e. streetlights running upto and past the position of the camera)
    you are not obliged to pay a penny...there must be sufficient warning
    and they cannot be hidden - including by darkness...

    Two gatsos on A15 near A15 Fabrications - neither illuminated...who
    wants to test the theory??
