    Default did this yesterday

    managed to do this yesterday with my pressure washer now i think i,ll try and fix it myself but my question is any idea the colour of spray i,ll need to buy and any hints and tips would be welcome so as i don,t make a complete hash of it

    Those pressure washers can be lethal,i suppose it'll be a new grille required, as isn't it chrome plated......

    It's not the chrome grill. It's the plastic bumper with the silver paint off.

    Have you had it re-sprayed recently ? If not it should not be coming off like that. You need to get the colour/paint off the door jam plate to get the correct one.

    OUCH! thats a big patch, personally I would check out the cost of a spray shop doing it.

    Was it a stone chip to begin with? I had better be careful myself from now on.

    aye it,s the plastic bit to the side of the grill pic is not the best.
    it must have been a stone chip thing is if i kept peeling at it i don,t know when it would stop peeling but i suppose all the loose stuff needs to come off
    just what i didn,t need with a major service just round the corner

    get chipsaway or the like to smart repair it..shouldn't cost much more than £80 to get it 'gone'...
