    Default Pioneer TS-Q172C Vauxhall

    Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with these speakers...

Thinking of upgrading mine, these seem alright for the price. Would be good too see them installed or read some reviews on them

    Cheers

Cheers, I came across this thread after I'd posted.

These MTX speakers have also been recommended, will these also be plug and play?

    MTX THS602 16 cm
    MTX THS652 16.5cm

Any 16/16.5cm speakers should fit as long as you use the correct speaker adaptors:

What size are the back ones, anyone know?

When I say plug and play, what I mean is should the cables be upgraded too? Sorry, should have been more clear.

    Cheers

The cables will b fine as long as you're not planning on putting major wattage through them!

The connectors may need chopping off though i'm afraid unless you're using the Pioneer custom fits.

Keep them though if you plan to put the speakers back to standard when/if you sell the car!

Do you know what kind of wattage (max) the standard cables are capable of taking?
