    Default Detachable tow bar??

Where is the best place to buy one of these and how much are they??

I am thinking about getting one fitted so i can carry the bike's on the towbar carrier as they are meant to be better than the roof mounted one's - does anyone have experience of these system's or should i just stick with the roof system??

I used Toys4Cars guys, saved £100 off RRP and next day delivery.
Fit it yourself in an hour and save even more money, or get your mates to help if they have access to ramps!!
Go for a good make like WITTER, no difference on your insurance but do let them know.

No experience of using the towbar type bike racks, but in terms of towbars as said above the Vx one (which is a Witter one anyway) is spot on. I know it's a different car, but here's how it fitted to the Signum. Can't see it at all once removed.

From Vx new it's a lot of notes - around £450 I think - but on ebay etc. you may find one.
