something hanging down

i just noticed that one of the arms for the exhaust has corroded and is hanging off does this need fixing or will it be alright i cant get under far enough to see....thanks

I reckon it may need fixing.. the extra vibration will cause more damage.

only noticed today 'cos of the knocking noise over speed bumps

a spot weld should see that right! I have had a few similar issues with this type of joint on the Vectra B's.

it needs fixing. it will be putting the other mounts under increased strain. if it was'nt needed it would'nt be there.

I had a bracket come off like that on my old system (before powerflow)
There were 2 brackets at certain points on the system.

Like others have said, just needs welding back in position
