    Default M6 Junction 16 Northbound this afternoon.

    Anybody know if the Motorway was closed around 2.30 pm?

    Current Webcam shows traffic is fine but returning from Derby along the A50 the SAT Nav went crazy with traffic reports about the motorway being closed and standing 10 mile traffic on the A50.

    The alternative route took us along an A road up to Congleton and added around an hour to the journey.

    If it wasn't closed not sure I'll be using this feature again.

    Not used this site before BTW.

    yeah signs at junction 31 appeared, saying long delays but i get of at 30 so no problems from there onwards
