    Default K & N Air Filter Cleaning

K & N Air Filter Cleaning: can anyone suggest a different way to clean the above filter until I can get to buying a cleaner kit, the cleanliness (or lack of) was noticed on the last service maybe soaking it in washing powder/liquid ?

    hi
all you can do is just brush it down untill you get a cleaning kit.
if you have an air line blow it out or try a hoover.
    best i can think off.

Remember its not just the cleaning, you need to re-oil the filter after you clean it

Air lines will wreck the filter, the manual warns against this!!!
