Default Time has come to order my next car

The time has come to put my order in for my next motor!!
At the moment i have a new shape zafira. I was thinking of going bak to a signum or a vectra.

I loved the signum however i did not like the silly middle seat in the back, did not look comfortable for my 6 year old!!

So now i'm thinking vectra. Any members on here get 3 kids in the back on a regular basis.
I have got a 20 month old (proper car seat) a 4 year old (booster) and a 6 year old (booster) and i need them all to fit in the back in comfort!!!
If i go for the signum again it will be the design spec, if i go for the vec it will more then likely be an sri.
Or do i consider an astra estate??
Whatever i get it will be the 1.9 cdti!!!

Can't make my mind up!! What should i get??

My brother is having my 1.9 CDTi Vectra in March/April

He has a 3 year old in a proper car seat, a 9 year old and a 6 year old on a booster. All were fine in the Vectra. The Astra will be too narrow for the seats.

I would go for the Vectra SRi 1.9 CDTi 150.

Was just looking at the vaux web site at the specs on vectras. Have to admit i maybe tempted by the elite estate!!!
I only keep the car for 7 months so if i decide i don't like it or it's too big it's not really a problem!!!

    How about a Vectra estate?

That way you get the longer Signum floorpan with a conventional rear bench seat (not to mention a huge boot).

Edit: looks like you beat me to it.

I am considering it......only down side with the estate is it's MASSIVE!!!
All the ones i see in work don't seem to fit in a standard parking bay!!!

I'd need to check the exact dimensions, but I'm pretty sure the Vectra estate and Signum have the same 'footprint'. They share the same stretched wheelbase at any rate.

Vectra estate and Signum have same wheelbase. The Vec Estate is about 7.5 inches longer overall.

Before i got the zaffy they used to complain about all being together in the back. When i first got it the 2 eldest would only sit in the rearmost seats.
Now they think they are going to miss out so both flatly refuse to sit "in the boot" as they call it!!!
Your comments re the 3 booster seats are helping to make my mind up!!!!
