    Default Spoiler Fitting Kits

just after a bit of info really..posted the other day in the 'parts wanted' but not got much of a response..
basically got an irmscher rear wing spoiler... but no fitting kit or bolts..
Any idea what size thread and bolts i need?.. and if there is a kit that can be bought seperately through vx or other places?... or is it possible, just to bond the spoiler on without the bolts?..
wont be doing it myself as i will make a hash out of it... but dont want a garage to balls it up either..so would rather supply them with the right kit!..

If you either buy and supply or get who ever is fitting the spoiler to use SIKOFLEX, that will hold it on its own. No need for drilling and using bolts too. The stuff is not the easiest to use and can be messy but if you have a lint free cloth and some terps handy any unwanted SIKOFLEX can be removed before it goes off. Once fitted leave for 24hrs to go off and then it will be secure.

Before locating clean the painted area of the car with T-cut to remove all the polish for a better bond.

SIKOFEL is available from all body shops, it is similar stuff to that used by Auto glass for securing windscreens.

    Hope that helps.
