    Default Try Again !

Right, after taking a few before pics, i showered the car in snowfoam and let it dwell for about 5 mins.
Swilled the car off and gave it it's first claying using Sonus green clay and Megs Last Touch as lubricant.
Another wash with Megs Gold Class shampoo ( with a capfull of Zymol car wash ) applied with a lambs Wool mit and a grit guard in the bucket to prevent anymore damage.
Using a silicon blade to remove excess water (usually a big NO NO but hey - the paintwork couldn't get anymore scratched than it was) and final drying using MF waffle towels.
When the car was dry, i set about taping all the plastic trim off to prevent any polish from touching it as it's a swine to get off after !
Before polishing, i removed a few thick tar spots with Autoglym intensive tar remover.
Polishing started with Poor Boys SSR2 medium abrasive all over before following with Autoglym SRP to fill in any remaining scratches.
This was then followed by a coat of Megs #21 sealant before having a coat of Collinite 915 to give some long term protection.
Glass was cleaned with Megs NXT glass cleaner and all black plastic coated with Poor Boys Trim Restorer.
Wheels were treated to a wipe of Wheel Wax and tyres dressed with Poor Boys Bold & Bright.
Finally, the twin tailpipes were cleaned with Mothers Mag metal polish.
