3,2 performance

Next week I'm having 3 days meet of our Polish vectra club
One day we will hire an airfield to do some drag racing. Can you tell me how to make the most of 3,2 engine ? It's standard version, manual transmission and traction control detachable. At which revs I should start?

Practice makes perfect. Try not too high revs but get where the torque starts and try not to wheel spin too much. Warming up the tyres first will benefit you greatly with grip levels on launch. I dont know much about the 3.2

EDIT: Make sure tc is off and i would recommend a k&n panel filter

Best torque is at 4000RPM and power at 6000 - 6500RPM I think. Maybe starting at 2500RPM will be optimal. I must try.
