Default Rear Bumper removal in progress. (help)

    Folks,

    Bumper removal question.

I have removed the lights, two torx screws from each wheel arch, the two torx screws from the number plate overhang and the two clips from under the rear of the bumper. I can get the sides next to wheel arches to move but the rest of the bumber aint shifting.

(This is on my mates 1.8 SRI, trying to fit parking sensors)
    Any ideas?

Gave it it good pull so far, and only side parts of the bumper have came out, think we may have even cracked a bit of the bumber with pulling.

Theres the 2 'tongues' either side of the upper side of the bumper that slide into the moulding attached to each corner of the car, depress these and let the tongues slide away from the car
