How much oil in an 06 1.8 vvt?

Anyone know?
Also, anyone know of any offers at the moment on 5/30?
& does it have to be fully sythetic?
Cars only done 2k since the garage I bought it from changed it ( with 10/40 ), but it is looking crap, so treating it as a flush and going to put some proper oil in.
Any tips for changing the filter? doesnt seem much room for an adjustable spanner in there?

SLIGHTLY CONFUSED NOW, THEY OFFER 3 OILS THE 5/30 IS Fuchs TITAN SUPERSYN ECOFLEX 5W-30 ? NEVER HEARD OF IT, CAN IT BE TRUSTED?ITS DIRT CHEAP AT 21.15?, OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS ARE Mobil 1 0W-40 Advanced performance synthetic engine oil AT 43.48, & Castrol EDGE 0W-30 for modern engines AT 39.75.........................
NOW I AM CONFUSED?

fuchs is silkoline, isnt bad. i am just going to use the GM stuff, is 5w/30 and was only £22.50 from local spares place for 5l of it. the old 1.8 says it is 4l in the manual so huess around the same for the vvt

just found the manual, it states 4.5l with a filter change ( as if I am going to change the oil and not change the filter!!!! ), so one can should do. the handbook states that the 2 litre has a 6 lire capacity, must be annoying having to buy 6 litres!
just a bit weary of buying cheap oils...
