Default How much oil in an 06 1.8 vvt?

    Anyone know?
Also, anyone know of any offers at the moment on 5/30?
& does it have to be fully sythetic?
Cars only done 2k since the garage I bought it from changed it ( with 10/40 ), but it is looking crap, so treating it as a flush and going to put some proper oil in.
Any tips for changing the filter? doesnt seem much room for an adjustable spanner in there?

just found the manual, it states 4.5l with a filter change ( as if I am going to change the oil and not change the filter!!!! ), so one can should do. the handbook states that the 2 litre has a 6 lire capacity, must be annoying having to buy 6 litres!
just a bit weary of buying cheap oils...

Fuchs is a very good oil - as used by the government owned bus company over here. I've been using it off and on for years, and had no problems at all with it.
