Stone Chips !!

I cleaned my car today (again) and noticed a tiny stone chip that has gone rusty what do i do ??

Do i use a touch-up pen straight away or do i need to treat it before i paint over it.

i would treat it first then paint over, but im now expert

you want to try and get rid of the rust first,normally there is a little wire tip in the top of the touch up for this
