Zafira GSi (2l turbo) v Vectra GSi (3.2 v6)
Just chased one home in my gsi, didnt go crazy speeds but only stayed on his a*se not enough oomph in the gsi to even consider goin around him...
Does that sound right? I was surprised I that I didnt have that much more poke than him, maybe 100+ might have been a diff story.. ?

used to have 1 of these before my vec,,and it certainly flew,mine did 140 easy

Right so how do i get faster than a turbo?! (and no im not buying a turbo :P)
take out the seats,fit nitrous,,and hold on to the orange box
well...........hmmmmmmmmmm let me think ........oh yeah buy a turbo :P
35mpg.............but then the deisel guys will chirp up 45mpg............think maybe your gonna have to find a remap for it Rob
Problem with the GSi is that they are quick up to 60mph and then stuck in 3rd gear takes along time and you find these turbos midrange a little quicker than the 3.2's. Yes after 110mph the GSi will out perform most other cars. Had the GSi been fitted with a 6 speed box that would of been a different kettle of fish.
Lol, nitrous sounds fun but I can see my dieing somewhere along the line if I was to fit that!
Remap it is... Where's decent? Nearer North Norfolk the better but ill travel a bit if there is somewhere especially good.. (road trip!)
Yeah I find that, 3rd gear is good but takes a while...
Oh and I like my 25mpg!
110mph+ starts getting a bit dodgy on the roads round here, lol

plus thats the reason i got rid of my zaffy gsi ,,,found myself speeding alot
