What is it with insurance!

Just doing my online banking before and i realise i pay 4 seperate insurance's a month (car,boiler,contents/structure,life) totaling £130 a month...what we need is one global insurnce which just covers us against anything then again that would probably be more than waht we pay now... anyways the insurance companies must be racking it in.... grrrr...

Ditch the Boiler policy one,and whatever you pay into it per month,pay that amount into a cash isa,pref one with 12 week notice or you loose interest.....Then if no boiler problem your quids in,boiler ins is a rip off,like most ins policies.

I only got it cause boiler was leaking ...so bloke comes out for initial inspection i start cracking on with him being nice (tea etc) and he passes boiler! week later i phone up ...oh guess what it has a leak... so out they come new parts ordered (totaling £400+) all done free of charge.. i hadn't even payed the first payment so sometimes its nice to get one over on them...
