    Default Waterlogged foglight?

I've picked up elsewhere on this site that there's a field remedy number for the foglight on our 2004 Signum 3.2 V6 Elite, that's been waterlogged ever since we bought it at 6000 miles back in 2005. We were told it would evaporate of its own accord, but another four years 50,000 miles don't seem to have done the trick. We're still on an extended warranty.

Anyone happen to know what the number is, or where I can find it?

I've read somewhere that they've come out with a mod called the snorkel, I know it sounds a bit corny. My remedy was to evacuate all the moisture with a hairdryer and then tape a silica gel packet to the bottom cap of the foglight.

    Regards

    Nidge.

Hadn't thought of the Signum as a hairdresser's car, Nidge - ingenious, though! If the water keeps getting in, of course, I guess the silica will need refreshing in the oven periodically. Thanks for your suggestion.

It's the 21st Century and we're all encouraged to moisturise and trim, though I must admit I did feel rather inadequate in the Corsa Club I was driving this morning, couldn't pull the skin off of a rice pudding
