my bosses 2.0 dti has real problems starting in the morning and uses a gallon of oil a month he's been to the stealers and they cant find anything wrong no oil leaks, no smoke nothing. the car will just turn over for about 2 mins then if it wants kicks in but not always. only posting because i'm getting sick of picking him up and dropping him off home help

I'd be looking at the injector seals/ leakoff pipes as it sounds like it's draining back fuel..does it run with a slight blueish tinge to the exhaust?

also..how many miles has the car done as thats quite a lot of oil..

about 140kish vaux havent seen anything and cant find the problem no blue smoke from exhaust or oil residue

common problem with the dti's in the previous vectra's

try and install a none return valve into the fuel feed hose and see if there is any change
