Id have been tempted to stick it under the bonnet, maybe on the engine cover?

If i had to put it inside id have put it on the ash tray lid. Like where youve put it though and its deffo individual.

Looks odd IMO, sticks out like a sore thumb, if it was brushed aluminium it might look nice on the ashtray lid as suggested

Yeah, I'd be a little careful...

Can't possibly be as dangerous as a few of the satnavs/ipod docks/phone holders I've seen mounted in front of people's airbags recently... Wouldn't fancy getting one of those in the face if I hit something!
