confused normal spray paint or caliper paint?

will i get away with normal spray paint over my primer on my new brakes of do i have to have "caliper paint?

my m8 said i can use normal paint as the pads and discs take the head and the caliper doesnt get too hot?

    opinions please?

someone on here used arden blue ,without any problems. your calipers will never get that hot unless you drive like a mad man.

i wouldnt use normal paint as it will melt over a period of time from the heat through the discs use hamerite or caliper paint as they can take the temperature
