    Default Anyone got a HOW2 or know how to bleed brakes

    Anyone got a HOW2 or know how to bleed front brakes on a 1.9cdti? mine seem abit soft? might help it plus got to change my new 314mm upgrade brakes

    how many miles have you done m8 as you might need to beed them in any thing up 200 miles

    Its a 2 man job mate, open the bleed nipple furthest away from the reservoir and press down the peddle and hold. Nip it back up and then release the peddle. Keep doing this till fluid runs clear with no bubbles. Then move on to the next furthest away caliper and so on. You can buy a 1 man kit from any car parts/accessories place, its just a rubber tube with a valve in the end.

    Make sure you keep an eye on the fluid level, if you suck in air then you will have to start again.
