    Cool isp speeds

hi. about 2 nights ago i thought my pc was running a bit slow so decided to do a few tests, ...done them all...still slow (convinced i had a virus). so decided to remove avg and install kaspersky. the problem is since i have done this my speed has rocketed from an average of 12 - 13 meg to this??

any ideas why? (not complaing tho)

p.s the kaspersy also found a couple of trogans and removed them. p.c doesn`t seem sluggish anymore. do you think 1 of my programmes has been using all my bandwidth and now with the new virus scan / firewall its not? i`m on a 16meg connection and have been getting 30 for a few days now

Probably due to timing of the test, sometimes mine rockets up and then down abit on peak / non peak times, still 32mb/ps is decent, how much you pay a month for easynet?

Just to cheer you up, my download is 495kb/s and my upload is 241 kb/s. BT are too tight to upgrade my local exchange.

(And how do you paste screen shots into replies )

I posted this in the other thread before I spotted this one.

Here's mine on a heavily congested VM UBR, with the wife & kids on their 'puters, too.

when you do the speedtest, wait for the next page to load up with the results and the is forum links below the main result. just click copy and the paste it in to this. it comes up as html but once you post it it shows thje proper picture. mate i paid bt £27.99 p/m + vat for 4 years for speeds like that too . since leaving my phone bill has dropped £120ish a quarter and my sky bill has went up by a tenner
