    Default washer bottle sensor

    following on from the rain sensor/autolight,and dipping mirror,thread,
    i had the trip/checkcontrol turned on ,when i had the above switched on,and kept getting the washer empty alert on the screen,,had a look on here couldnt see any how do's,so i took a gamble picked up the sensor,and fitted it this evening,and it works,didnt need to take the bumper off(vx said you did)took about 40 mins,,well chuffed

    kpf1, what's the part number of the sensor? I have a new washer reseervoir to do the headlamp wash mod which has the sensor hole so now need the sensor!!!

    hi paul ,part number is 90346055 for the sensor and 90276310 for the grommit,,,

    I have a 2007 1.9sdti Exclusiv and the comp shows washer level low, I have taken the wheel arch cover off and cannot find a float switch fitted to the washer bottle, nor can I see any wiring.

    Anyone help please
