Making a signature on post

hi all ive seen some really good sigs at the bottom of peoples posts but i want to know how they are done as i wouldnt mind having one myself?

Been covered, but not answered, hence my post. It also says tempory so "when" he comes back, he may do a sig for Mr gsi3.2 .. So again not off topic

I will not mention his name again if it upsets you / the apple cart

You said "...but for some unknown reason he is on a sabbatical at the mo." You know fine well as an ex-Admin that we don't generally post up/discuss things like member bans etc. on the forum - although sometimes we have to/may have to to quell all the inevitable Chinese Whispers that can arise.

And yes, it was off-topic as the OP never specifically asked who could do him a sig, merely how he could do a sig! It was your initial reply that took it off topic with the comment about Alex and the "..unknown reason..." about him being on a sabbatical!

Anyway, getting back to topic. In reply to the OP's question - either some kind soul could do one for you - there's plenty of guys on the forum that have done theirs and others, or you can do them with different bits of software. There was a thread all about it, I think it may be in the Signature and Avatar testing section as a sticky. I'll take a look.

EDIT: Err, no Tommy. I won't be deleting/closing this thread! Why on earth would I when the guy was asking about signatures?! Jeez, chill out dude!

You can make your own HERE mate. Not as good as some but its free. When its done it will have the name of the site the banner was made on, just cut it in MS paint and your sorted.
