Lowering springs advice welcome

I am wanting to lower my vectra its a 1.8vvt design and have been looking at the LMF site and found these

Can you just change the springs or do you have to change the shocks aswell?

Also is there a how2 showing how to change the front and rear springs, and how easy is it?

You dont need to change the shocks mate. I had a set of Eibachs springs fitted at the weekend. Never done it myself as i have no tools.

Was that done at the meet on Saturday?
How much did they charge for them fitted?

Yes up at Midpoint. Well they never charged me in the end. But i did pay for a service and 4 wheel alignment 200 quid.
I'm sure if you put a thread asking somebody to help fit them. You will get help
