Default Well, fair play to Ford!

Watchdog last week did a report regarding an instrument binnacle failure on the series 1 Focus. Apparently, the instruments could just completeley fail, leaving customers with a £500 bill.

In the end, Watchdog recieved 500 complaints, suggesting it wasn't isolated incidents, as a result, Ford dealers are charging a flat fee of £99 to replace the cluster, if it goes wrong.

Anyone who paid £500, will be getting a refund!

All this in one week, Vauxhall, Take note. That is customer care.

Just watched Watchdog and came to the same conclusion. Vauxhall should take note. Good Customer Care = happy customers.

I wish Ford would sort out my wifes alloys as they are a mess.
I bought the car new and within a year the alloys had corroded badly and they decided to refurb them but they were done with the tyres. valves and balancing weights still on. They have now gone again and the car is 3 years old, this has put me off fords for ever
