Well ... you can come here and ask for "industriavfettning"
( Dont know whats its called in english. )
But one things for sure ... dont try the "green" ones ... friendly
to the nature maybe .... but they sucks bigtime, if you want the
jobb done !!
WD 40........... or damp a cloth with a very small amount of petrol for really stubborn spots ........
I've used a small amount of the stuff that Vauxhall use to valet their cars. Diamond Stage 1, 2, 3, 4. I think they're called. The stage 2 is the shampoo. I add a little bit of it to my bucket and it remove all spots.
But, you can't beat a 'Clay' bar.
I tend to use tar remover [ the sort you see on the shelf in the car shops], it seems to work. But I always put a coat of polish "etc" on where i have removed the tar.
i use a whole manner of things until something works.
Everything from Autoglym Motorcycle cleaner, Megiaurs bug and tar remover, Meths, Clay Bar, paint cleaner, brillo pad (joking) all serve in my war against tar
autoglym tar remover...brill stuff...smells like pure petrol!...works a treat though, but worth washing the area afterwards and polishing back up...only costs a fiver or so
