Pay rise time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having a "discussion" with my boss a couple of months ago regarding my pay, he went off to see what could be done for me. I pointed out a few things like "first time fix" and my very low "recall" count and the fact i was awarded "best engineer" at the Xmas awards ceremony in December. I have since been back to college to gain more ACS qualifications so i can work on more equipment too.

I have just had a letter to say i have had a 13.5% payrise It is actually lower than the boss tried for but his hands were tied as it now makes me the joint highest engineer on the payroll
To say i'm pleased is an understatement but i work hard enough so should be paid accordingly

SWMBO is already planning how to spend it ...................but so am i
