Merchandise Shop is now fully open - taking clothing/showplate orders for delivery

After only initially being open for delivery of stickers, with items like clothing and showplates only being available for collection at shows, I've now updated all the shop items with the delivery charges so that everything is available for delivery.

Because of the way the three main items are sourced, and stocked, they will be despatched separately....

Stickers - always held in stock and despatched within about 14 days of the order.

Showplates - dispatched directly from our supplier to the purchaser and are ordered as soon as we receive the order.

Shirts - shirts are ordered once we have the minimum order we need for our supplier - this being six items. It will hopefully be the intention that we can place a monthly order for the shirts, but this obviously depends on what orders we've received. If we don't have the minimum order for one month, then the orders will roll over to the next month by which, hopefully, we'd have had more orders to reach the minumum order. Obviously due to this we can't give any specific delivery time for shirts.

Shipping on shirts is currently £2.50 for the first shirt and £1 for subsequent identical shirts. Because of the way the PayPal cart works, it simply won't let us set it up so that if you ordered say one shirt for yourself and one for your good lady/man, one of the shirts would be at the £1 P&P rate - it will be at the £2.50 rate. As people will probably predominately be ordering shirts for themselves, this hopefully shouldn't be too much of an issue and will work out better for the people ordering extra shirts for themselves as they get the discounted additional shirt P&P.

Whilst the separate shipping process may add a bit extra to the P&P for multiple item orders, it means people aren't waiting until the shirt arrives before they receive stickers etc. Also, if we had the showplates shipped to us to let us ship out a multiple order to you on one go, it probably wouldn't save much, if anything, on a multiple item order due to the double shipping.

hi, ive been trying to order a t-shirt for the past week or so, every time it ends up not responding,im not have any problems elsewhere just the shop section, am i doing something wrong or is there a problem? cheers

What exactly is the problem? I've just gone to the shop page and added a t-shirt to my shopping cart and it successfully passed it over to the PayPal page. At what point is the problem? Is it when you're trying to get it into the PayPal shopping cart, or is it once it's there and you try to checkout and pay? If it's the latter then it's a PayPal issue that they'll need to know about.

What was the size you were ordering just so I can test that specific item, and was it with or without a name?

I ordered a couple of stickers about 3 weeks ago,money has been taken from my account but yet no stickers! Please help!
