wing mirror

Just went to go out in the car and some little tw@ has smashed my n/s wing mirror. The casing is fine its just the glass thats smashed.
Can i get a replacement glass or do i have to get the full wing mirror ?
any help would be much appreciated.

These just stick over the broken glass mate. We sell them in Halfords. If you can live with it being stuck over the boken one then it's fine, but personally i would see about getting it replaced

I think they're about £20. If you go for the Halfords stick-on type you'll lose, or drastically reduce, the effect of the heated mirrors.

Sorry to hear of the attack on your stunning car

If it were me i would replace the mirror as i could not live with the stick on mirrors and as Duncan says the heated feature will be nigh on useless.I know it will cost you a lot more that stick on.

It is a sad sign of the times when cars are vandalised,stolen,broken into for cheap thrills, especially in Redcar where we hear (CPO and neighbourhood watch) of at least half a dozen incidents a week in the area.

I know what i would do if caught one of them at my car, but then i would be up in front of the beak.

well just got back from the dealers and its going to cost £22 for the glass and £40 to fit it . they said there is a special way to fit the glass, yeah right
