    Default Brakes squeeling

Sorry about this, i seem to have problem after problems with my vectra, just spotted another thread which mentioned squeeling, which reminded about my brakes,

when i apply them quite hard, there start squeeling, i thought it may be just brake dust, and gave it a good clean with my jet washer, but still not luck, never had it before with any other cars what would it be?

    thanks in advance

All you need to do mate is get the pads off, give the pad runners a good clean then apply copper grease to the back of the pad and the runners they sit on and put it all back together again. Whoever fitted your pads didn't do this but its a must with the vec/sig. HTH

No worries. You might need a rewind tool for the rears though.

don't jetwash the brakes either.... whatever little smear of copper grease you put on will be washed off by the jetwash..

Really? Must just be lucky not to have had a problem with mine! I always jetwash the calipers, much easier than faffing about with a sponge or brush
