Default How do i clean the satnav screen?

AS per the title, my color satnav screen for the CD70, is covered in fingure prints and smears. What can i use to give it a clean?

    Cheers

I use a cloth that I got for cleaning my camera with as it is soft, I suppose you could breath on the screen and wipe off using the sort of cloth I mentioned, maybe damped with some fluid that cleans glass,s , but I would not spray it directly on to the sat nav screen.

I find that a damp cloth, followed by a soft tissue of some sort normally does the trick. HTH

As Ed mentioned though avoid spraying the screen and keep any fluid to a minimum.

best is to use a lint free cloth, the same as you use to clean flat widescreen
screen tv`s or a clotyh that ppl use to clean their specs as it doent
scratch and also the lint free cloth can be dampened but only with water
dont use any polish or soapy water with a normnal cloth.

thats wot i tell our comet customers after i have installed ppl`s tv`s in their
    homes.

I use a PC monitor/LCD screen cleaner and a soft tissue. I got it from ALDI, but any computer shop will also sell it, or even someone like Tesco's in their area where they sell PC accessories.

Makes a good job of the windows as well.
