    Default 1.9cdti 120 or 150

    i been thinking about getting a facelift for a while now and wanted the 1.9 cdti 150 all i seem to find at the min local are the 120 version is it hard to make these into 150's is there a lot of diferance would i be best holding on for the one i want i have a 22dti at the min and hope to get a bit more performance any help would be good

    120 + 888/bsr re-map = better than a 150

    how much would a remap be any idea

    about £500.00, or you could get a caterman box for about £70.00 and get the same result's, my 120 is running 167.5bhp with a box

    apparantly the 120 is a little stronger too, so i am led to believe anyway

    The 150 is a lot quicker than the 120 in standard form and I personally would hold out for one if you are going to keep it standard.

    If you're going for a remap the 120 will go to around 168 and the 150 to around 185.

    I drove Parapauls mapped 150 last week and it's one ferkin quick car.

    i must admit i am temped but i dont want to rush out and get one then regret it later i think i might just have to hold out for the 150 then if i want more i can tune that

    Best bet is to have a test drive in both. The 120 may be all you need and as Dilly says it does seem a bit more reliable.

    if you're anything like me you would soon crave more power if you bought the 120 and then yes ok, you can go to 160 odd with a box or map, but are limited after that without a big spend session!

    sounds like you should hold out for that 150. the performance is perfeclt yacceptable in standard form, then of course you've got the option of upgrading the power to a very respectable level circa 195 with little or moderate spend.

    can't wait to get mine mapped.
