    Default clunking n/s wheel

    2nd time i ask the question,got clunking/banging sound coming n/s wheel,it only happens on certain roads or corners when brakeing,been to vx dealer cant find a fault even on road test any ideas please, it seems to be getting worse/louder,thanks

    could be the bushes gone on that side very common problem...has the stealers checked them????? if not might be cheaper to go to an independant.

    hi bud, told them off the problem last year,they gave the car a once over,cant find a fault sir,,so i left it, car back in yesterday am oh sorry sir cant find anything wrong with it,even after a road test,,they had my car for 2hrs,,,

    if your in the AA you could get them to come out and give it an inspection(not alot of money) then if they find anything.....mention about the knocking noise.....they give you a full report. back to stealers show them and tell them to sort it out.

    Had a similar clonking noise 2 weeks ago, turned out to be a broken suspension coil spring...get them checked quick!

    thanks been in touch with stealers said i not satisfied with it,car going back on thursday am,will stay with them this time,thanks guys,,,,let you no the outcome if any lol,,,,,
