Knocking suspension

I have the common (new to this forum but obviously a v-common problem) Knocking suspension. I thought it was mainly when going over the many speed bumps but now it appears that there are noises from my upper rear mounts when driving normally.

The car is still(one month remaining) under network Q guarantee. I have checked here and other members say that the cars covered but when i look at this site http://www.networkq.co.uk/nq/morefro...rsguarantee.do

• Miscellaneous
  CV boot, Macpherson struts, shock absorbers, adjustments
• Modifications
  Modifications that are made to the vehicle by the customer after the delivery date of the vehicle.
• Contaminated or incorrect fuel
  The clearing of fuel lines, filters, carburettors, pumps and the replacement of catalytic converters damaged after the use of incorrect or contaminated fuel.
• Electrical Accessories
  Satellite Navigation units, telephones and associated equipment of all types.

Does this mean that they are NOT covered and should I take it to my local mechanic.

Or is there a How2 to maybee sort this myself(what is the difficulty level?)

its the bushes that go and i've just got mine sorted toady under the network Q

Sorted the problem by a little WD40 on my anti roll bar bushes and Drop links. There were horrendous noises until I removed all wheels, lubed and cleaned of the lower spring seats, this has worked wonders. I took 30 mins and it feels like a new suspension set up.
