Default Something for the weekend, sir ?

How many of us fancy a weekend car, something we can roll out of the garage for a little cruise round on Sunday, "tally ho chaps" style.
This is what I fancy if it was money no object. I know I'm a bit sad wanting one of these above a Ferrari, Jag, Bentley, etc but thats just me.

My parents had a black Capri Lazer and a 2.0 Ghia, both lovely cars but I've always hanckered after a 280 Brooklands. If i won the lottery this is what I'd buy.

What would everybody else like for the weekend jaunt ?

ah the old brooklands capri. Not very fast by todays standards and one hell of a ditch finder but a classic shape nevertheless. I fancy an old chevette HSR or RS2000 but as with all old cars, would require constant work.

ah ****... didnt see the 'money no object' bit.... in that case it would something total opposite to my vectra. SomethingSomething nimble, chuckabe handling, makes you feel like a racing driver, plenty of sideways action, and so blisteringly fast that you want to giggle like a nun at a strip show but youre cheeks are being ripped off your face that you cant..... yes theres only one car that can make you feel like you are being dragged along on a skateboard by an F1 car.......

If i won the lottery i would have so many cars, bikes, helicopters my driveway would look like a car dealers. I think first stop would be a ferarri f430 for the weekends. I'm not too bothered about older cars, give me a nice shiny ferarri anyday though.

I have to agree that the F430 would be my choice for a new car -
