    Default Damage to Wifes car

For the last 2 weeks, we have had nothing but damage happen to my wifes car. Trying to upload pics atm.

    Tonight though had a result.
Had the cops round to night to declare damage to my wifes car. A copper drove passed my car so I stopped him, told him about the damage and within half an hour there was another in my kitchen; taking a statement from me and have the SOCO team coming round in the morning to take the foot prints off the bonnet and roof!

Anyway, I went out for an hour had to feed the horses, cam back and some t**t has punched her rear quarter panel above the window. So once again, reported this the police too. Lets see what happens.

Set camcorder up in back of my car pointing at hers under the street light see if the little thugs will get caught out this time.

In reality, I doubt there will be any conviction, as the police seem to care little to this kind of crime. They appear to be more interested in if your car has tax. MOT, ins and if you are speeding than catching criminals who do mindless damage to vehicles.

Not a dig at anyone, just how I see it.

A few years ago, my car was broken into when I was at work and it was parked in the companies car park and some items were stolen. Police didn't want to know. All they said was 'here's a crime number so you can claim under your house insurance', when I asked if they are coming down to get any evidence that may identify the culprit, they flatly refused saying that they were unlikely to get a conviction so basically wouldn't waste their time.

Anyhoo, I really do hope you catch who ever it is.

Guys, had a result last night. After the officer came in I had a phone call from CSI, he was asking if he could come round this morning, I said yes, not a problem. He was sitting outside at 8am and got his gloves and bits and went to work. Had powder and two films etc. Put it on the bonnet and although it had rained nearly all night, he got a print bigger than the eye could see in natural light. He said that should be great. Anyway, got my new crime numbers and I have a reassurance that they can arrest these 3 boys again and get them into the Young Offenders. I can't wait.

In the meantime I'm going to set my camera up again tonight. Had a strange one last night, a guy went half past my wifes care then pegged it! 5 seconds later, police 4x4 drove past. I want to know what they guy wanted to do to her car. *INTERESTING*

    Hi
Don't get your hopes rich even if they do get caught all they will get is a slap on the wrist.
