    Default Windscreen wiper linkage failure

Driving home tonight and the passenger wiper stopped working. I had a look and it seems the arm that fixes into the linkage that drives both wipers has popped out. I pushed it back in but it only stayed in for a few wipes.

Anyone had this before, what do I need to do to sort it please?

    Chaaars!

Genius! Thanks Glen, tie wraps will do the trick until I get a replacement rack....£70+ is going to affect my modding budget! Life saver, thanks again.

Guess what? I had the same problem this morning on my way to work! Flipping passenger wiper stopped, fortunately while it was in the lower position.

Fantastic 'How 2' on here on how to fix it with a cable tie, but i went a bit further & used 3 cable ties in a chain formation, hopefully giving a bit more flexibility so the temporary repair will last longer, time will tell!
