Default GSi ECM fault codes - what do they mean?

Following on from http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44548, I thought I'd have a go as I'm always getting the spanner light on.

Can anyone explain what the following codes refer to:

    1 6 1 4

    10 10 7 10

I didn't think you'd get a 10 but I re-checked this several times and it came up the same time after time.
