    Default A couple of pics...

I haven't really posted many pics of my car on here, tbh these aren't much of an offering, I had full intentions of a full polish and wax today but the weather just wouldn't hold off for long enough,

Washed the car down with Meguiars Gold class, dried TWICE with a Sonus waffle weave towel then decided I'd had enough, here's a quick pic of how the car was looking after

Not bad considering it was the back end of last year when it was last polished (Megs 3 stage) but it still seems to be holding out, as when I was rinsing down after the wash the water was still beading

Anyway, you'll notice the atrocious state of my exhaust pipes

Decided as I couldn't get my way with the weather then I'd at least get those tidied up, so, a close up of the before...

And after some Meguiars Nxt generation all metal polish and ALOT of elbow grease.....

They really brighten up the rear of the car now and compliment the chrome strip on the tailgate IMO!

Next was the engine bay, this was long overdue a good muck out, didn't get any before's but after a soak with Autoglym engine and machine cleaner, a good scrub with a normal yellow auto sponge and a dustpan brush and a good rinse (with the engine started of course + a good going over with a hefty can of back to black and a dry cotton towel I was left with this.....

I added the strut brace a few weeks back courtesy of j13hdb (cheers mate ) gave that a bit of a clean up with the Megs nxt gen polish too but as it's aluminium it blead black, still came up nice though
