First VXR

Saw my first Astra VXR on the road today by Lichfield on a dual carriageway.

God the guy was slaughtering it.

We came round an island quite quick, accelerated out & it FLEW.

By the time I reached 70 (everyone else disappeared behind, cos I was pulling like hell) he was gone, I mean miles ahead, I guess 120-130.

The performance of that thing is truly awesome.

I went past one the other day on a dual carriageway, and the guy was doing about 50mph in it He must have had some self control, that's all I can say

lol - well the only reason I'd be doing 50mph on a dual-carriageway in a VXR would be if I'd had a puncture and was driving with the space saver on!!
